Delivery
How much is delivery?
It depends on your city. Priority (next day) is only for the Western Province.

When will my order arrive?
Order before 12 noon, Monday to Saturday, and it leaves the same day. Later orders leave the next working day. Priority arrives the day after it leaves; Standard takes 2–3 working days. Every product page shows the dates for today.
Where do you deliver?
To the 16 cities in the table above, all in Sri Lanka. If yours isn’t listed, message us and we’ll see what we can do.
Orders and payment
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, or bank transfer. A bank transfer needs to reach us within 3 days of your order, or we may cancel it and release the stock.
How do I track my order?
Track your order with the order number from your confirmation and the email you used.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge, any time before we dispatch it. Message us with your order number.
Returns
Something arrived damaged, wrong or out of date
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. Once we approve a refund, we send it by bank transfer within 7 working days. We don’t take back items just for a change of mind. The full details are in our refund policy.
The products
Where can I see ingredients and allergens?
On the pack: our products are imported, and the pack is the official label. Ask us before ordering and we’ll check it for you, for example for milk, nuts, gluten or soy.
Do the drinks contain caffeine?
Yes, every energy drink does, and every combo pack includes one. They aren’t recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine.
Is there an age limit?
You need to be 16 or over to order, and 16 and 17-year-olds need a parent’s or guardian’s agreement. See our terms.
